What to Expect During the Request Process
Initial Inquiry – Please provide event date, location, expected audience size, format (screening only, screening + panel, etc.), and organization type.
Proposal – We will confirm receipt of this form and potential availability via email. A initial planning call may be scheduled to clarify expectations.
Confirmation – A formal agreement/contract will be signed. Venues must provide a projection/screen, sound system, and clear sightlines for accessibility.
Planning – An essential planning call will be scheduled at least 2–4 weeks before the event to confirm logistics and any audio/visual needs.
